Clinical Vignette Poster Requirements
Poster Guidelines:
- If you need your poster printed, Campus Printing Services will print your poster for you. Your poster will be printed and laminated 3' by 5'. You may right click and download this poster template to use as a guide. This template follows the American College of Physicians (ACP) poster guidelines. Vignette Poster Template
- All poster presenters must agree to stand next to their poster during the 45-minute poster session to answer questions. There will be a contest conducted during the poster session. Cash prizes will be awarded. The poster presenter must be present during the poster session to win.
- We need your poster by Tuesday, April 21 in order to get them displayed. A drop off location will be designated at MSB and at the Carle Forum. An email will be sent out to announce the drop off locations and times. If you are having printing services print your poster, they will deliver them to the Carle Forum.
- Your poster does not need to represent a completed work. We encourage you to include works-in-progress.
- Posters will be open to the public from 10 am to 3:00 pm. Please plan to spend some of this time at your poster.
- Please submit the poster abstract form including the title,
authors and abstract of your poster by Thursday, April 9, 2009.
