Translational Cancer Research: Improving Diagnosis and Outcomes
Keynote Speaker: Thomas F. Gajewski, MD, PhD
Dr. Gajewski is a clinician researcher at the University of Chicago. He investigates and develops new immune-based therapies for patients with melanoma and other cancers. He utilizes basic science laboratory data to develop novel clinical trials and is a recipient of an NIH Clinical Science Award in Translational Research. Dr. Gajewski also serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Immunology and is on the program committees for the American Society for Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).

The Research Symposium Planning Committee is now accepting applications in four poster and two oral presentation categories. We encourage you to participate in one of these categories this year. Each category will be judged and prizes will be awarded. Please continue to this page to learn more about presentation categories and to submit a presentation.
