Fall Retreat

Alma MaterThe 33rd Annual Medical Scholars Program Retreat will be held at the I Hotel on . Please make plans to attend.

Our keynote speaker this year will be MSP alumnus, Martin Pomper, the William R. Brody Professor of Radiology at Johns Hopkins. His research interests involve molecular imaging, particularly of central nervous system processes and cancer tissue. .

Two other MSP alumni will join us as well.

  • Hilary Reno is an Instructor of Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, and her clinical interests include infectious diseases and in-patient care.
  • Niranjan Karnik is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Nursing at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Karnik’s research interests include health disparities and substance use disorders.
  • The conference is casual, so please dress comfortably! Also, to capture the spirit of the students in our program, we have set up an on-line photo submission site. Please consider submitting photos to be included in our MSP slideshow. Finally, please don't forget to submit a poster - we welcome you to use posters from previous professional conferences.
