At this power, it is not possible to &127;tell that this specimen is from the colon. However, there are many malignant cells. There is hyperplasia, which results in piling up of the cells, prominent nucleoli, pleomorphism of the cells and nuclei, variation in nuclear and cell size. There is a minimal amount of connective tissue between the glands.
